W.P.F. 2009 Mr. UNIVERSE CHAMPIONSHIPS

These Championships are being organised by I..P.F./W.P.F. Delegates Mr Giovanni Varra.
These championships are approved by the W.P.F. Executive World committee.
These Championships will be conducted under the W.P.F. rules and regulations.
Mr. President or Secretary, your country is cordially invited to send a team of bodybuilders, to participate at these Championships and compete in the W.P.F .International.It is requested that participing federations should attempt to send a full team, containing one athlete for each category. All athletes will be national title holders. Two delegate only, are permitted to accompany a full team, and one of your delegates must be a fully qualified, W.P.F. International Judge.
Contestants, Judge, Delegates, Executive Officials, will be hosted bed and Continental Breakfast for two nights, covering the 13 and 14 November 2009.

For Supporter, who requires hotel accommodation or Championship tickets, the National Federation must order directly from, Mr. Arturo Petrarca – European President.The enclosed entry forms for National itinerary travel form, are completed in Capitol Letters. When completing the entry form, please state the correct category or age group of competitors. On the travel itinerary form, write the correct national or international title of all officials and contestants, also, please see that your mode of travel, date, name and number of your flight, and your expected time of arrival, are included. When completed, return all forms to Mr. Arturo Petrarca to the address printed on the form, and not later than the date, as shown.
There is an international airport. Ensure that you obtain the correct travelling times to and from
“Napoli International Airport, capodichino” the airport is 160 km from Campobasso-Italy
Mr. Giovanni Varra is providing free bus transport, from the airport. On the 13. November for arrivals and the airport on 15 November November for teams returning home.
Note: if each team will arrive in Roma airport, is” 280 km.” they must organize there own transfer!.
Please note the time of the start of the Athletes registration prejudging, and meeting, please arrange your federations itinerary, to enable you to arrive at the Hotel Eden on Friday the 13 November, on time.
W.P.F. CHAMPIONSHIPS OPENING CEREMONY
The Opening Ceremony will take place as described in statute of the WPF Manual.
National Federation shall bring to the championships:
- Their National Flag
- A taped recording of their National Anthem, wound to the correct starting position
PARTICIPATION IN THE WPF 2009 CHAMPIONSHIPS
It is mandatory on National Federation to inform Mr Arturo Petrarca of their intention to partecipate in these championships. This can be done through a telephone call or fax to Mr. Petrarca informing him of your intention to partecipate. This will help him and the organise to make provisional arrangements for your team.
CHAMPIONSHIPS CELEBRATION BUFFET DINNER
Following the public display, there will be a championships celebration buffet dinner, for delegates, judges, athletes only.

05 Comper call on stage the WPF European President Mr. Arturo Petrarca
06 Mr. Arturo Petrarca will speak then introduce the World President Mr Armando Cutone
07 Mr, Armando Cutone will speak and declare the wpf Mr.Universe Championships open.
